About K9 Club
K9 Club is here to help with all aspects of dog training. We offer 1 on 1 training sessions as well as group classes. It’s therefore up to you to pick what is of more benefit for you and your dog.
We also offer a dog walking service you can trust! Your dog will have the opportunity to enjoy a stimulating walk in the amazing surrounding countryside we are based in.
And on top of all of that we can also provide you with a drop-by service. This entails us popping in to see your pet pooches, letting them out for a toilet break, feeding them and providing them with a little company and play time.
We offer 10% discount on all our training packages to people working for the Police, NHS and Fire Service. We are also part of the ELS scheme with Jaguar Land Rover.
Dog training and walking should be fun for both the owner and the dog. Here at K9 Club your dog will be looked after like one of the family. We pride ourselves in giving your dogs the best care and training possible. Check out our latest socialising parties below.
We are also listed on the Dog Friendly Warwickshire website
Meet the trainer
Andy O’Brien – Top dog (Owner and Trainer)
A lover of dogs first and foremost. Serving 8 years in The Royal Air Force as a Police Dog Handler I have plenty of experience training and handling many different dogs. These range from German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois for protection, to Springer Spaniels and Labradors used for drug detection.
I travelled all over the world during my time in the Forces, completing tours in Afghanistan and The Falkland Islands as a dog handler.
I believe in positive reward based training and making all aspects of training fun for you and your dog.

Andy and the team are fantastic. The flexibility in training is perfect, in a relaxed environment with great facilities. Whether it’s socialisation, basic training or something more advanced they can cater for all levels. Edith and I love our group and 1-2-1 sessions!
Andy has helped me tremendously using fantastic re-call techniques with my 1 year old bouncy Airedale Terrier. Great guy, endless knowledge, patience and passion for all dogs, with reward based training. Totally recommend him for all your pooches needs whether it's training or walking, Andy will be happy to help.
We have been using Andy for 3 months now for our 8 month lab Murphy and I can honestly not fault his work! We started with the basics of obedience training and Andy’s patience and knowledge helped massively. Andy also used his contacts to introduce us to an experienced gundog trainer who works alongside Andy perfectly. We continue to use Andy on a weekly basis for training and daily for walks and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough! It is because of Andy I hope to get Murph out working in the field next month at only 9 months.
I was recommended to the K9 Club after adopting a rescue Chihuahua called Presley. At just 4 months old, Presley started a 5 week training program on one of Andy’s puppy classes. Due to his background, a lot of Presley’s training has been confidence building around other dogs and recall. Presley has come on leaps and bounds and is currently being trained off his lead; he’s also learning new tricks like “paw” and “roll over”. Andy is an excellent trainer with a lot of patience and knowledge. Andy will guide you through whatever you want to gain out of the sessions. Presley has made some great friends (especially Andy) and continues to attend K9 Club!
